Next Gen learn from Family Business leaders

A number of our Kyvalley Dairy Group Next-Gen and current leaders attended the Family Business Australia Victorian Insights Conference for 2018 where they heard from some of Australia's leading family businesses. The day was facilitated by Kyvalley Dairy Group Director, Richard Boyce.

We are proud members of Family Business Australia as we believe in supporting our strong family business economy. Last year we have the fortune to speak at this event and this year we enjoyed the chance to hear other families stories. The theme was "From Good to Great Businesses" and we heard stories that show family business comes with unique challenges but outstanding rewards and joy.

David Parkin was the key note speaker and our Next Gen said "he told us that great leaders influence, inspire and support but motivation comes from within and we are proud to say that we are influenced, inspired and supported by our family and all of those involved in our business". He encouraged our Next Gen to care about people beyond someones ability to do their job and to go out and engage, teach, coach and support those around them.
